He has led high-profile projects across Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, covering various sectors including oil & gas, mining, rail infrastructure, and construction.
Andrew specializes in forensic delay analysis, extension of time (EOT) claims, and prolongation claims. He is renowned for delivering comprehensive expert reports that adhere to the American Association of Cost Engineering (AACE) recommended practices, including methodologies such as As Planned vs. As-Built, Collapsed As-Built, and Windows Analysis. His notable project experience includes the Queens Wharf Brisbane Integrated Resort Development, the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Project in Toronto, and the Arrow Energy Shell/PetroChina Joint Venture LNG Project.
Recognised for his ability to swiftly assess and resolve complex project planning challenges, Andrew is proficient in all major planning software and tools. He holds a BSc in Construction Management, an MSc in Business Management, and a Master of Construction Law from the University of Melbourne.
